Every week or so we will speak on the phone or Skype video and our coaching will cover all aspects of your life. We will look honestly at where you are now, you will get really clear on what you want to achieve and we will come up with a plan of action to work towards that. Also a very important part of the coaching process will be to identify and work through any barriers that maybe holding you back. We will also ensure that you are “happily achieving” coming from a place of being happy in the moment rather than your happiness and success being defined from external “things”. The coaching that we do will be tailor made to suit you. As your coach I will hold you to a higher standard and challenge you where necessary. We will work together as a team. Are you ready?
